1. Overview

This Shipping & Warranty Policy explains how BBQ Dubai (“we”, “us”, “our”) manages product delivery timelines, logistics, and warranty coverage.

We aim to be transparent about delivery expectations and provide clear, fair after-sales support for all BBQ Dubai customers in the UAE.


2. Delivery Timelines

A. Pre-Order & Stock Availability

Many of our products — including BBQ grills, outdoor kitchens, and pizza ovens — are imported directly from our manufacturing partners overseas.
As such, delivery may take up to 8 weeks depending on shipping schedules, customs clearance, and local logistics.

  • The estimated delivery timeframe is shown on each product page and again during checkout.

  • Pricing reflects the factory-direct import model, which allows us to offer premium products at exceptional value.

  • By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these longer delivery timelines.


B. Communication & Updates

Once your order is placed:

  1. You will receive an Order Confirmation Email immediately.

  2. We will send progress updates as your item ships, clears customs, and is ready for delivery in Dubai.

  3. A final delivery date will be confirmed once your product is available in our UAE warehouse.


C. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery is curbside only — we do not offer installation or assembly services.

  • Large items (e.g. outdoor kitchens, pizza ovens) will be delivered to the ground floor or accessible loading area of your property.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging any building permits, gate passes, or lift access required by their community or property manager.

  • Delivery includes standard weekday service. Weekend or specific time-slot deliveries may incur additional fees.


D. Delays and Refunds

We take care to ensure prompt deliveries, but occasionally delays occur due to:

  • Shipping line congestion or customs inspection,

  • Factory backlogs, or

  • Regional transport disruptions.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond 8 weeks, you may:

  • Continue to wait for your item, or

  • Request a full refund (prior to delivery), which will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Once the product has been delivered or dispatched, the refund policy under our Refund & Returns Policy applies instead.


3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees (if applicable) are displayed during checkout.

  • Standard delivery is door-to-door within UAE major cities.

  • Remote area surcharges may apply (Fujairah, RAK, Al Ain, etc.).

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped.


4. Installation

We do not provide installation, assembly, or gas connection services.

Important:

  • Gas BBQs and outdoor kitchens must be installed by a qualified technician.

  • The customer is fully responsible for ensuring safe setup, ventilation, and compliance with local regulations.

  • Any damage or injury arising from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification is not covered under warranty.

We can provide referrals for independent installers upon request, but these are third-party services not affiliated with BBQ Dubai.


5. Warranty Coverage

A. Standard Warranty

All BBQ Dubai products include a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Typical warranty durations (unless otherwise stated on your product page or invoice):

B. What the Warranty Covers

  • Structural defects, faulty welds, or premature corrosion under normal conditions.

  • Malfunctions of burners, valves, or ignition systems caused by manufacturing fault.

We may repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion, depending on part availability.


C. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Improper assembly, installation, or misuse.

  • Failure to follow manufacturer instructions or gas safety guidance.

  • Damage caused by impact, dropping, modification, or exposure to weather.

  • Corrosion or discoloration from humidity, sea air, or neglect.

  • Commercial, event, or rental use (unless explicitly stated).

  • Cosmetic issues (scratches, paint fading) not affecting performance.


D. Warranty Claims Process

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Email warranty@bbqdubai.ae with:

    • Order number,

    • Photos or videos showing the defect,

    • Product serial number (if applicable).

  2. Our team will review and coordinate inspection or replacement.

  3. If approved, parts or replacements will be delivered at no charge.
    (Labour or reinstallation costs are excluded.)


6. Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty coverage:

  • Follow all care and cleaning instructions in your manual.

  • Keep your receipt and original packaging until installation.

  • Use only approved regulators, hoses, and gas bottles.

  • Do not modify burners or fittings.

Failure to follow these guidelines may void your warranty.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

  • BBQ Dubai’s liability is limited to the product’s purchase price.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g. property damage, downtime, or loss of enjoyment).

  • Warranty remedies (repair, replacement, or store credit) are the sole and exclusive solutions available.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under UAE Consumer Protection Law.
