Welcome to BBQDubai.ae, owned and operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

You must:

  • Provide accurate personal and delivery information when placing an order.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under UAE law.

3. Products and Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate product information, descriptions, and images. However:

  • Colours and finishes may vary slightly from photos.

  • Dimensions may have small tolerances due to manufacturing processes.

  • Specifications may change without notice to improve performance or compliance.

We reserve the right to correct any typographical or pricing errors prior to fulfilling an order.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).

  • Prices include or exclude VAT, as displayed at checkout.

  • We accept major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and approved payment gateways via Shopify’s secure checkout.

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received (unless Cash on Delivery is specifically offered).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

5. Order Confirmation

After you place an order, you will receive:

  • An email acknowledgment confirming receipt of your order.

  • A second confirmation once payment is verified and your order is accepted.

Orders may be declined if:

  • The item is out of stock,

  • Payment authorization fails, or

  • We suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.

6. Delivery

  • Deliveries are arranged across the UAE through our logistics partners.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Large items may require building/community access or gate passes — the customer must arrange these if necessary.

  • Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery.

We are not liable for delivery delays due to customs, weather, or force majeure events.

7. Installation & Safety

Some products (especially gas BBQs and built-in systems) require professional installation.

Important safety terms:

  • Installation must be performed by a qualified technician using approved regulators and fittings.

  • Use only outdoors in well-ventilated areas, away from flammable materials.

  • Follow all manufacturer safety instructions.

We are not responsible for injury, damage, or loss arising from improper installation, misuse, or negligence.

8. Returns and Refunds

In summary:

  • Refunds are accepted only for unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Opened or used items cannot be refunded unless faulty or defective.

  • Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable.

Return requests must be initiated by emailing returns@bbqdubai.ae with order details and photographs where applicable.

9. Warranties

Products come with a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, discoloration, or rust,

  • Misuse, neglect, or improper installation,

  • Damage due to weather, corrosion, or lack of maintenance,

  • Commercial or rental use (unless specified).

Warranty claims must include proof of purchase, serial number, and photos/videos of the issue.

We reserve the right to repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

  • We exclude all implied warranties not expressly stated.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits or business interruption).

  • Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or where otherwise prohibited by UAE law.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather

  • Port delays or customs issues

  • Strikes or transport disruptions

  • Supplier shortages or technical failures

12. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, text, and images on BBQDubai.ae are the intellectual property of BBQ Dubai or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our written permission.

13. Privacy

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts, unless the parties agree to refer the matter to the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
