How Much Does a Built-In BBQ or Outdoor Kitchen Cost in Dubai?

It's the first question everyone asks: what does a built-in BBQ or outdoor kitchen actually cost in Dubai? The honest answer is “it depends on the setup” — so here are real price bands from our range, three example builds, and what drives the number, to help you budget with confidence.

From a single built-in grill to a full outdoor kitchen — your budget scales with the setup.

What drives the cost

Three things mostly determine the price: the size of the grill (number of burners), how much of an outdoor kitchen you add around it (cabinetry, fridge, pizza oven, side burner), and the materials and finish. Everything we supply is 304 stainless steel — the grade built to survive Dubai's heat, humidity and salt air, which matters far more than chasing the lowest sticker price. (More on that in 304 vs 316 stainless steel.)

Three example builds

Entry — a neat built-in grill (~AED 3,100)

A 3-burner built-in grill set into a simple counter. Perfect for townhouses and compact villa gardens, and the biggest single upgrade to how much you use your outdoor space.

Mid — the family villa setup (~AED 8,000–11,000)

A 4-burner grill, a side burner, some storage, and the Charcoal Insert for weekend flavour. The sweet spot for most Dubai homes.

Premium — the full outdoor kitchen (AED 18,000+)

A 6-burner grill, a pizza oven, cabinetry and an outdoor fridge — a complete cooking-and-entertaining zone that becomes the heart of the home.

Renovating anyway? If you're already doing building work, adding the outdoor kitchen now is far cheaper than retrofitting later — the gas, power and drainage are open. See our villa renovation guide.

Is it worth it?

An outdoor kitchen is consistently rated one of the highest-return outdoor upgrades for a villa, and — unlike many home improvements — you enjoy it every week. Buy quality once, in the right materials, and it lasts for years in the Dubai climate rather than rusting out and needing replacement.
