Your BBQ has been manufactured using premium materials and is backed by our Manufacturer's Limited Warranty, providing peace of mind that your investment is protected against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

This warranty is effective from the original date of purchase and is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts, at Dune Grills' discretion, where a manufacturing defect has occurred during the applicable warranty period.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to products purchased through an authorised Dune Grills retailer or directly from Dune Grills.

This warranty is intended for normal residential use only and does not apply to commercial, rental, hospitality or food service applications.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty periods commence from the original date of purchase.

10-Year Limited Structural Warranty

The 10-Year Limited Structural Warranty applies to the stainless steel cabinet and firebox (cook box).

This warranty covers structural failures resulting from defects in materials or workmanship, including:

• Manufacturing defects
• Defective factory welds
• Structural corrosion resulting in rust-through or perforation
• Structural failure under normal residential use

This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration including:

• Surface staining
• Tea staining
• Heat discolouration
• Minor scratches
• Surface oxidation
• Environmental corrosion resulting from salt, chlorine or airborne contaminants

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship occurring during normal residential use, including approved replacement parts required due to manufacturing defects.

Where a valid warranty claim is approved, Dune Grills may repair the product, replace the defective component or provide an equivalent replacement part, at its discretion.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

• Commercial, rental or hospitality use
• Incorrect installation or assembly
• Misuse, abuse or neglect
• Accidental damage
• Unauthorised modifications or repairs
• Failure to follow operating instructions
• Failure to perform routine cleaning and maintenance
• Grease fires or overheating
• Incorrect gas type or gas pressure
• Damage caused by insects or pests
• Exposure to severe weather events including flooding, hail, storms, cyclones or earthquakes
• Damage caused by chemicals, chlorine, fertilisers or other corrosive substances
• Use of abrasive cleaners, steel wool, wire brushes or cleaning products not intended for stainless steel
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic deterioration that does not affect the safe operation or structural integrity of the BBQ

Stainless Steel Care

Dune Grills are manufactured using premium stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance. Like all stainless steel products, regular cleaning and maintenance are essential to preserve appearance and maximise service life.

Environmental conditions such as coastal air, humidity, chlorine, dust, fertilisers and airborne contaminants may cause cosmetic surface staining or tea staining if not regularly cleaned.

These cosmetic changes are normal environmental effects and are not considered manufacturing defects.

To maintain your BBQ:

• Clean stainless steel surfaces regularly using warm soapy water or a quality stainless steel cleaner.
• Wipe surfaces dry after cleaning.
• Remove grease and food residue after each use.
• Keep the BBQ covered when not in use.
• If installed in coastal or high-humidity environments, rinse stainless steel surfaces regularly with fresh water to remove salt deposits.
• Avoid steel wool or carbon steel brushes, as these may contaminate the stainless steel surface and lead to corrosion.

Routine maintenance is the best way to maximise the life and appearance of your Dune Grill.

Stainless Steel Cooking Grids

Stainless steel cooking grids are manufactured from premium stainless steel and are covered by a 5-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Cooking grids operate under extremely high temperatures and are exposed to food acids, moisture and cooking residues. Surface discoloration, heat staining and minor surface corrosion may occur if they are not cleaned and maintained regularly.

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

• Surface rust resulting from improper storage or maintenance
• Corrosion caused by food residue, salt or moisture
• Chipping or damage caused by misuse or improper cleaning
• Damage caused by impact or metal tools
• Normal cosmetic wear and heat discoloration

If light surface rust appears, clean the affected area using a suitable non-abrasive stainless steel pad or brush, rinse thoroughly, dry completely and lightly coat the grids with a food-safe cooking oil before storage.

Regular cleaning after each use will maximise the life and appearance of your cooking grids.

Owner Responsibilities

To maintain warranty coverage, owners should:

• Clean the BBQ regularly.
• Remove grease build-up after cooking.
• Keep burners free from obstructions.
• Inspect hoses, connections and burners periodically.
• Follow the operating instructions provided in this manual.
• Use only the correct gas type and pressure.
• Protect the BBQ from prolonged exposure to harsh environmental conditions where practical.
• Replace worn consumable components as required through normal use.

Routine maintenance significantly extends the life of your BBQ and helps ensure safe operation.

Making a Warranty Claim

Limitation of Liability

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this warranty covers replacement parts only. Installation, labour, travel, freight, customs duties, import charges and service call fees are not included.

Replacement parts supplied under warranty continue only for the remainder of the original warranty period and do not restart the warranty.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components and does not cover indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage.

Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits any rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
