If your item is in stock at our local warehouse, delivery can be arranged at a time that is convenient for you. For deliveries beyond 100km from our location, an additional delivery fee may apply.

If an item is on backorder or currently in transit, delivery will be scheduled once the product has arrived at our local facility. Our team will keep you informed with updates on expected arrival and delivery timeframes.

Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.

Returns may be accepted on unused and uninstalled items in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Requests are subject to approval.

As we offer local delivery only, items approved for return may be collected by our team or returned to our designated location. Please contact our customer service team to arrange the return process.

Delivery and collection fees are non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or not as ordered.

Custom-built, special-order, or installed items are non-returnable.
